Launching Event The Launching of DYPALL Network took place on November 24, 2015 at the University of Algarve in the Campus of Portimão, Portugal. It was an opportunity to work closely and in partnership with the Municipality of Portimão, debating the main challenges of youth participation in an over-security society after the terroristic attacks in Paris and the importance of developing strategies and instruments at the local level to encourage the establishment of young people, tackling unemployment and school drop-outs through the creation of spaces that allow real networking among different social actors and learning of new approaches and solutions to increasingly complex problems.
