The collecting of your personal details will be processed electronically. All the data collected will be managed and administrated by DYPALL Network.

The personal data collected will only be used for the sending of the Newsletter you’re subscribing to or to process your request to become member of the network. You have the right to access the same information on request, as well as rectify, update, or cancel your subscription and the deleting of the same data.

This information will not be shared with any organization or third parties operating outside DYPALL Network or funding agencies for Erasmus +.

Become a member:

• Organization/Municipality
• Country
• Organization type
• Organization address
• Organization email
• Organization website
• Complete name of the Legal Representative of your organization/municipality
• Description/Vision and Mission
• Functioning and Decision-making
• PIC number
• Contact person details: first and last name, position, email, phone, Skype contact

For how long do we keep your data?

We will keep the data and send the newsletter until you willingly cancel the subscription for the same, or until your membership to the network comes to an end.

The EU Regulation n. 679/2016 (GDPR) guarantees interested parties the right to be informed about the processing of data concerning them and the right to access the data at any time and to request that to be updated, supplemented and corrected. If the conditions set forth in the regulations are met, the interested party may also claim the right to delete data, limit their processing, the portability of data, to oppose processing, not to be subjected to decisions based solely on automated processing.
