How can you define Young People in Decision-Making?

“A youngster who needs to go a far road to reach his or her idea and the process of active participation of young people in the outcome of the society.”

“To be treat as equal [as an adult], creating space for expressing ideas and thoughts, to have influence on the questions asked, not only to have an answer given by an adult”

Pictures taken during the second day of the course “Youth Actors in Decision-making”, where participants shared their practices on youth policies at local level. From innovative consultancy apps to participatory budgets, great ideas and best practices were presented and discussed. This course is currently taking place until the end of the week in Rezekne, Latvia, and is being organised by Dypall Network and Rēzeknes novads.
