“YOUTH FOR ACTIVE SOCIETY (YAS)” PROJECT – KICKOFF MEETING in BOLOGNA, ITALY

On 28th – 29th July, the kick-off meeting of the “Youth for Active Society (YAS)” project took place in Bologna, Italy. The project aims to map youth policies in local municipalities and build bridges between youngsters, youth workers from NGOs and local authorities.

This first meeting was a great opportunity for the partners to meet each other in person and to discuss the research made for the first intellectual output, namely an interactive video on the local youth policies in some municipalities of the partner countries, mapped thanks to the interviews conducted by all the youth workers since the beginning of the project in March 2022.

Moreover, hosted in Villa Terracini, a historical place in the countryside of Bologna, all the partners had the occasion to discuss evaluation, dissemination strategy and communication, to plan the next steps and foresee the next outcomes of the projects, namely the second transnational Project Meeting in Portugal, the LTTA in Poland and the second intellectual output.

The project is led by Fundacja Ornament (Poland), in partnership with DYPALL Network, Krik (North Macedonia), Dark – 1 (North Macedonia), Bangherang (Italy), co-funded by European Union through the Erasmus+ program and through the Polish National Agency.
