RE-thinking LEADership

DYPALL Network representatives took part in Re-thinking Leadership project from 16th to 19th April, in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Eight European organizations, from Slovenia, Turkey, Macedonia, Ireland, Poland, Lithuania, Portugal and Italy, met to work and learn more on this topic, on a program with a different approach through an interactive workshop-based format.

During these days, a Blue Ribbon Movement representative from India was also present, who helped with his expertise since he was of on the initially pioneers of this concept. The program was organized by the Institute for Youth Participation, Health and Sustainable Development (IMZTR) which has a rich history of working on different levels – local, national and European, especially in leadership and sustainability projects.

The aim was to prepare the participants to be able to be more effective at various facets of leadership including taking better decisions in an ever-changing global environment, managing their own productivity more effectively, resolving conflicts meaningfully, improved teamwork and communicating to drive change.
The upcoming steps will be on a region level, “Training for ReLead trainers”, and then on a national level, “Local Trainings for new ReLeaders”, during the second semester of 2018.
