“Youth Democracy Academy” Conference

DYPALL Network is organizing the “Youth Democracy Academy” Conference, to be held on December 10, 2019, in commemoration of Human Rights Day, in the premises of the European Commission Representation in Portugal.

This conference is intended to share the results and impact of the “EU is YOU” campaign developed by young and first-time voters in ten different countries for the 2019 European Elections. It will also be a moment to discuss and reflect strategies to further develop work on the topic of encouraging voting and democratic participation of young people in Portugal and the EU. The conference will bring together stakeholders and youth leaders from Greece, Slovakia, Latvia, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Sweden, Italy, and Portugal.

The event will take place on December 10, 2019, starting at 09h30 and ending at 18h30, at premises of the European Commission Representation in Portugal, (Largo Jean Monnet, 1 – 10º, Lisbon). The Conference will be in English, you can find the program below.

The Conference is organized by DYPALL Network in partnership with the European Commission Representation in Portugal, the European Parliament Office in Portugal, the Portuguese National Youth Council, the Portuguese Institute for Sport and Youth and the 10 European partners of the “Youth Democracy Academy” project (Erasmus+ program).
