Democracy Reloading: Preparatory Meeting

From the 1st to the 4th of March, DYPALL Network hosted the Preparatory Meeting of the Democracy Reloading Launching Conference, that will officially introduce and launch the Democracy Reloading Online Toolkit for municipalities.

Democracy Reloading is a brand of the national agencies of the Erasmus+ Youth Program, grounded in the values and principles of democracy, human rights, equality, and the rule of law.
The online Toolkit is based on a set of 24 competences required for a local (municipal) or regional government to design, implement and evaluate a successful youth participation structures and concepts, to engage young people in the decision-making.

The event saw the participation of Tempus Közalapítvány, Erasmus+ Juventude em Ação, Sihtasutus Archimedes, and Bureau International Jeunesse.

Democracy Reloading – Launching Conference

The Democracy Reloading Launching Conference will take place in Portimão, Portugal, from the 3rd to the 6th of November 2020.

It will tackle the role and potentials of municipalities in developing local democracy through youth participation in decision-making and will launch an online Toolkit to support the improvement of the relevant competences of municipalities.

How to apply?
The application deadline is prolonged until 30th June 2020.

Before applying consult your Erasmus+ National Agency in your country if they can send you to the Democracy Reloading Launching Conference in Portugal on 3-6 November 2020 (and reimburse your travel).
