CHLaYdoscope Projesi, deneyimli Avrupa Yarat\u0131c\u0131 Merkez Liderleri (ECHL'ler) taraf\u0131ndan tasarlanan ve sunulan yenilik\u00e7i bir mentorluk ve yayg\u0131n e\u011fitim program\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla Topluluk tabanl\u0131 gen\u00e7lik liderli\u011finin (YCL'ler) geli\u015fimini desteklemeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Projenin ele almak istedi\u011fi ana \u00f6ncelik: \u2047 Aktif vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, gen\u00e7lerin inisiyatif duygusunu ve sosyal \u2047 dahil olmak \u00fczere gen\u00e7lik giri\u015fimcili\u011fini te\u015fvik etmek.
