LYC'lerin demokratik gen\u00e7 vatanda\u015flar\u0131 te\u015fvik etmedeki e\u011fitimsel ve sivil \u00f6nemi hakk\u0131nda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yarataca\u011f\u0131z.
