T\u00fcm proje orta\u011f\u0131 \u00fclkelerden kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 dahil etti ve ST\u00d6'lerden ve belediye ofislerinden gen\u00e7lik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve gen\u00e7lerin yerel d\u00fczeyde karar alma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 konusunda \u00f6zel projeler uygulama kapasitesinin geli\u015ftirilmesine izin verdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Etkinlik s\u0131ras\u0131nda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar Portekiz'deki Gen\u00e7lik politikas\u0131 kurumsal \u00e7er\u00e7evesini ara\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131lar ve gen\u00e7lik kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00e7e\u015fitli Avrupal\u0131 kurulu\u015flarla ili\u015fki kurdular. Etkinlik, esas olarak gen\u00e7leri yerel i\u015flere aktif olarak dahil etmek i\u00e7in e-kat\u0131l\u0131m ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n, kapsay\u0131c\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131m modellerinin ve belediye programlar\u0131n\u0131n ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na odakland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar genel merkezi ziyaret etme f\u0131rsat\u0131 buldu. Portekiz Gen\u00e7lik ve Spor Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc<\/a> Ulusal enstit\u00fcn\u00fcn Portekiz'deki yerel d\u00fczeyde karar alma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine gen\u00e7lerin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l destekledi\u011fini anlayabilecekleri (IPDJ), \u00f6rne\u011fin ulusal gen\u00e7lik kat\u0131l\u0131m b\u00fct\u00e7esi arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Program ayr\u0131ca kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara ziyaret etme f\u0131rsat\u0131 sundu. Almada<\/a> ve Kategori: Cascais'te<\/a> (2018 Avrupa Gen\u00e7lik Ba\u015fkenti) belediyeler. Bu ziyaretler aras\u0131nda yerel gen\u00e7lik \u00f6rg\u00fctlerini, gen\u00e7 liderleri ve belediye gen\u00e7lik i\u015f\u00e7ilerini temsil eden yerel gen\u00e7lik konseylerinin \u00fcyeleriyle yuvarlak masa toplant\u0131lar\u0131 yer ald\u0131. Ziyaretler, yerel gen\u00e7lik stratejisinin geli\u015ftirilmesi ve uygulanmas\u0131 s\u00fcreci hakk\u0131nda ilgin\u00e7 bilgiler sa\u011flad\u0131. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, yenilenen Gen\u00e7lik Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 B\u00fct\u00e7esi ve \u00c7ocuk Konseyleri de dahil olmak \u00fczere kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 sistemler i\u00e7in etkili uygulamalarla tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar ayr\u0131ca a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakiler gibi yerel giri\u015fimleri de ke\u015ffettiler: Portekiz g\u00fcre\u015f festivali<\/a>, Almada belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan finanse edilen ve desteklenen ve Voz do Jovens<\/a> proje, Cascais belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan uygulanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Program\u0131n ama\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n deneyimlerini kendi yerel ger\u00e7ekliklerine aktarmalar\u0131na izin vermekti. Etkinlikte, \u00fclkelerindeki iyi uygulamalar\u0131 payla\u015farak, takip eylemleri i\u00e7in fikirler geli\u015ftirerek ve sunulan uygulamalar\u0131n yerel ba\u011flamlar\u0131na nas\u0131l uyarlanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek aktif roller \u00fcstlendikleri ve ziyareti zenginle\u015ftirdikleri bir at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
