Etkinlik Fundacja Ornament ev sahipli\u011finde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti ve e\u011fitim KRIK ve DYPALL Network taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u2047 Youth for Active Society \u2047 projesi, yerel belediyelerdeki gen\u00e7lik politikalar\u0131n\u0131 haritalamay\u0131, gen\u00e7ler, STK'lardan gen\u00e7lik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ve yerel makamlar aras\u0131nda k\u00f6pr\u00fcler olu\u015fturmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Bu e\u011fitim kursu, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n yenilik\u00e7i dijital ara\u00e7lar ve oyunla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00f6\u011frenme yoluyla karar verme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine gen\u00e7lik kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 hakk\u0131ndaki bilgilerine eri\u015fmeye odaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

E\u011fitim s\u0131ras\u0131nda, \u0130talya, Kuzey Makedonya, Polonya ve Portekiz'den 23 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 (gen\u00e7ler ve gen\u00e7lik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131), Erasmus + Program\u0131ndaki bilgi ve yetkinliklerini geli\u015ftirmek veya yerel d\u00fczeyde gen\u00e7lik politikalar\u0131 olu\u015fturma s\u00fcrecini geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in yayg\u0131n e\u011fitim metodolojilerine dayanan oturumlar d\u00fczenledi. Ayr\u0131ca, topluluklar\u0131ndaki zorluklar\u0131 ve ger\u00e7ekleri payla\u015f\u0131rken, ortakl\u0131klar ve a\u011f olu\u015fturmay\u0131 da \u00f6\u011frenebilirler. Oturumlar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar topluluklar\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekli\u011fine g\u00f6re \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in ger\u00e7ek ya\u015fam senaryolar\u0131n\u0131 analiz etmeye davet edildi\u011finde engelli ve daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck f\u0131rsatlara sahip ki\u015filere odakland\u0131. E\u011fitim kursu ayr\u0131ca, gen\u00e7 izleyiciler i\u00e7in \u00e7ekicilik ve alaka potansiyellerini geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in t\u00fcm kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan sunulan ve de\u011ferlendirilen ortaklar taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen entelekt\u00fcel \u00fcr\u00fcnleri (web semineri, d\u00f6rt e\u011fitim videosu ve ak\u0131ll\u0131 topluluklar hakk\u0131nda bir animasyon) vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma oturumlar\u0131na ek olarak, bu e\u011fitim kursu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ziyaretlerini de i\u00e7eriyordu. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, yerel gen\u00e7lik politikalar\u0131n\u0131 sunan belediye ba\u015fkan\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131klar\u0131 \u015awi\u0105tniki G\u00f3rne \u015fehrini ziyaret ettiler. Bu e\u011fitimin odak noktalar\u0131ndan biri, gen\u00e7lerin demokrasinin \u00f6nemini vurgulayarak siyasi hayata aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemi oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, demokrasi ve temel insan haklar\u0131na sayg\u0131 duyulmayan ger\u00e7ekli\u011fin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rebilmek i\u00e7in Auschwitz ve Birkenau toplama kamplar\u0131n\u0131 da ziyaret ettiler.<\/p>\n
