Bu faaliyet, gen\u00e7lerin yerel politikalar, \u00f6zellikle \u00e7evresel politikalar tasarlamaya kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in yerel karar alma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine gen\u00e7lik kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan belediyeleri ve sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 birbirine ba\u011flamay\u0131 ama\u00e7lam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PBA'n\u0131n temel amac\u0131, 2019-2027 AB Gen\u00e7lik Stratejisi ve Erasmus+ program\u0131 ile uyumlu olarak gen\u00e7leri, \u00e7evre politikalar\u0131n\u0131 ve yerel demokrasileri birbirine ba\u011flayan i\u015fbirli\u011fi projeleri geli\u015ftirirken, farkl\u0131 ger\u00e7ekleri payla\u015fmak, iyi uygulamalar\u0131, metodolojileri ve ara\u00e7lar\u0131 te\u015fvik etmek i\u00e7in bir alan yaratmakt\u0131. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bu PBA'n\u0131n \u00f6zel hedefleri, Avrupa gen\u00e7lik politikas\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesi, gen\u00e7lik kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve demokrasi projeleri hakk\u0131ndaki bilgilerini geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in a\u011f\u0131n t\u00fcm \u00fclkelerinden ortaklar\u0131 bir araya getirmeyi i\u00e7eriyordu. Ama\u00e7, gen\u00e7lerin yerel \u00e7evre politikalar\u0131 olu\u015fturmaya kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, daha s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve daha bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131l yerel demokrasiler in\u015fa etmeye nas\u0131l katk\u0131da bulundu\u011funu ara\u015ft\u0131rmakt\u0131. Ek olarak, PBA, verimli ve uzun s\u00fcreli ortakl\u0131klar kurmaya odaklanarak, yerel d\u00fczeyde gen\u00e7lik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n uzmanl\u0131k, deneyim ve iyi uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fimini te\u015fvik etti. Nihai hedef, yakla\u015fan son tarihlerde uygulanabilecek mevcut Avrupa programlar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yeni projeler geli\u015ftirmekti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, Erasmus+ program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda sa\u011flanan destek \u00e7er\u00e7evesini inceleyerek \u00f6nceliklerini ve kilit eylemlerini proje fikirlerini destekleyecek ara\u00e7lar olarak incelediler. Yerel topluluklar\u0131ndaki temel \u00e7evresel zorluklar\u0131 haritalamak ve Erasmus + program\u0131n\u0131n deste\u011fiyle bu zorluklar\u0131 ele almak i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ortakl\u0131klar olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar. Ayr\u0131ca, etkinli\u011fimize de\u011ferli bilgiler katan Avrupa Komisyonu Uluslararas\u0131 Ortakl\u0131klar Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Gen\u00e7lik, E\u011fitim ve K\u00fclt\u00fcrden sorumlu birimin Gen\u00e7lik Ekip Lideri Tha\u00efs Leray ile verimli bir diyalog kurdular.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PBA, temaya odaklanarak, ayn\u0131 anda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen 9 etkinli\u011fe kat\u0131lmak i\u00e7in 70 milletten 240 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131y\u0131 bir araya getiren Gen\u00e7lik ve Kalk\u0131nma \u00dcniversitesi'nde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti:<em><strong> Gen\u00e7ler, Bar\u0131\u015f ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi<\/strong><\/em>.
