<em><strong>\u2047 Yerel d\u00fczeyde karar alma s\u00fcrecine gen\u00e7lerin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak 3 \u2047<\/strong><\/em>, Gen\u00e7 g\u00f6\u00e7menler ve g\u00f6\u00e7men k\u00f6kenli gen\u00e7ler gibi marjinal gen\u00e7lerin dahil edilmesine \u00f6zel bir odaklanma ile gen\u00e7lerin karar alma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 ziyaret etmeyi, analiz etmeyi, deneyimlemeyi ve ke\u015ffetmeyi ve \u00f6zellikle bunlar\u0131 kendi ger\u00e7ekli\u011fine uyarlamak ve mevcut programlar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek i\u00e7in halihaz\u0131rda uygulanmakta olan uygulamalar\u0131 payla\u015fmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hafta boyunca Finlandiya, \u0130talya, Letonya, Hollanda, Kuzey Makedonya, Polonya, Portekiz, Romanya, \u0130spanya, \u0130sve\u00e7 ve T\u00fcrkiye'den gelen ST\u00d6'lerden ve belediye memurlar\u0131ndan 26 gen\u00e7lik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131, birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve gen\u00e7 g\u00f6\u00e7menlerin yerel d\u00fczeyde karar alma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin \u00f6zel projeleri g\u00f6zlemleme f\u0131rsat\u0131 buldu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oturumlarda, gen\u00e7lerin yerel d\u00fczeyde karar alma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na de\u011findiler, kendi ger\u00e7eklerini payla\u015ft\u0131lar ve gen\u00e7lik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n zorluklar\u0131n\u0131 ve f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u011flamlar\u0131nda tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar ayr\u0131ca gen\u00e7lerin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi ile ilgili yerel style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ,Belediye Gen\u00e7lik Konseyi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Program\u0131n son b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lardan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 yerel d\u00fczeyde yarat\u0131c\u0131 bir \u015fekilde sunmalar\u0131 ve gelecek i\u00e7in baz\u0131 eylemler haz\u0131rlamalar\u0131, yerel stratejiler geli\u015ftirmeleri ve bir eylem plan\u0131 haz\u0131rlamalar\u0131 istendi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <strong>Ana hedefler<\/strong>
