{"id":5716,"date":"2022-05-02T15:30:06","date_gmt":"2022-05-02T14:30:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=5716"},"modified":"2022-05-02T15:30:06","modified_gmt":"2022-05-02T14:30:06","slug":"chlaydoscope-kick-off-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/tr\/activity\/chlaydoscope-kick-off-meeting\/","title":{"rendered":"CHLAYDOSCOPE  \u2047  TOPLANTIYI BA\u015eLAT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>26-27 Nisan 2022'de Materahub, \u0130talya'n\u0131n Matera kentinde topluluk temelli gen\u00e7lik liderli\u011fini geli\u015ftiren  \u2047 CHLaYdoscope  \u2047  Creative Hub Leaders projesinin Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 toplant\u0131s\u0131na ev sahipli\u011fi yapt\u0131 ve d\u00fczenledi.<\/p>\n<p>CHLaYdoscope Projesi, deneyimli Avrupa Yarat\u0131c\u0131 Merkez Liderleri (ECHL'ler) taraf\u0131ndan tasarlanan ve verilen yenilik\u00e7i bir mentorluk ve yayg\u0131n e\u011fitim program\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla aktif vatanda\u015fl\u0131k, gen\u00e7lerin inisiyatif duygusu ve sosyal giri\u015fimcilik de dahil olmak \u00fczere gen\u00e7lik giri\u015fimcili\u011fini te\u015fvik etmek i\u00e7in Topluluk temelli gen\u00e7lik liderli\u011finin (YCL'ler) geli\u015fimini desteklemeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Proje, ECHL'ler ve Avrupa Gen\u00e7lik \u00d6rg\u00fctleri (YO'lar) temsilcileri taraf\u0131ndan, bu payda\u015flar\u0131n Avrupa'da gen\u00e7ler i\u00e7in oynayabilecekleri rollerle ilgili ortak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerden ba\u015flayarak, \u00f6zellikle de \u015fu anda Covid 19 ile i\u015faretlenmi\u015f olarak tasarland\u0131. Toplant\u0131, birbirlerini tan\u0131mak, gen\u00e7 topluluk liderleri i\u00e7in yeni bir yetkinlik profilinin tasar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesini planlamak ve projenin gelecekteki faaliyetlerini tart\u0131\u015fmak i\u00e7in bir f\u0131rsat olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu proje ile \u015funlar\u0131 hedefliyoruz:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gen\u00e7lerin yerel topluluklara kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak;<\/li>\n<li>Toplum lideri olarak hareket etmek i\u00e7in gen\u00e7lerin ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu yetkinlikleri anlamak;<\/li>\n<li>ECHL'nin bilgilerini alanlardan topluluklara aktarmas\u0131na izin verin;<\/li>\n<li>Yerel inovasyon ve geli\u015fmeyi te\u015fvik etmek i\u00e7in yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6stermek;<\/li>\n<li>Yerel karar vericileri, topluluk temelli yeni bir yerel kalk\u0131nma modelini te\u015fvik etmeye te\u015fvik edin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Proje taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netilmektedir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.materahub.com\/en\/\">Kategori: Materahub (anlam ayr\u0131m\u0131)<\/a> (\u0130talya) DYPALL Network ile i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7inde, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.generazionelucana.it\/\">Generazione Lucana<\/a> (\u0130talya'da) <a href=\"https:\/\/warehousehub.org\/\">Depo merkezi<\/a> (\u0130talya'da) <a href=\"http:\/\/creativehubs.net\/\">ECHN<\/a> (Yunanistan'da) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pina.si\/en\/home\/\">Pina'n\u0131n<\/a> (Slovenya) ve <a href=\"https:\/\/theartistandtheothers.nl\/\">Sanat\u00e7\u0131 ve Di\u011ferleri<\/a> (Hollandaca).
