Yerel D\u00fczeyde Gen\u00e7 G\u00f6\u00e7menlerin Kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n Geli\u015ftirilmesi \u2047 , Migrafrica (Almanya), DYPALL Network, Fundaci\u00f3 Catalunya Volunt\u00e0ria (\u0130spanya) ve Citizen Association United Youth (Kuzey Makedonya) aras\u0131nda, iyi uygulamalar\u0131 ve entegrasyon \u00f6rneklerini payla\u015farak ve bu hedef grupla birlikte ve bu hedef grup i\u00e7in toplu olarak daha iyi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler bulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak gen\u00e7 g\u00f6\u00e7menlerin ve g\u00f6\u00e7men k\u00f6kenli gen\u00e7lerin ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131, genel entegrasyonunu ve kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7layan Anahtar Eylem 2 Projesidir.<\/p>\n

Bu proje, ortak \u00fclkelerdeki belediyelerin G\u00fcney, Kuzey ve Do\u011fu Avrupa'dan gelen en iyi uygulamalar\u0131 ve modelleri payla\u015fmalar\u0131na ve g\u00f6\u00e7men k\u00f6kenli gen\u00e7 g\u00f6\u00e7menlerin ve gen\u00e7lerin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak ve desteklemek ve b\u00f6ylece topluma entegrasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in deneyimler ve entegre yollar derlemelerine olanak sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Belediyelerin, yap\u0131sal ve sosyal engeller gibi g\u00f6\u00e7men gen\u00e7lerin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 entegre etme konusunda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 baz\u0131 zorluklar\u0131 hafifletmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Proje ortaklar\u0131, hedef gruplar\u0131n sivil ve siyasi kat\u0131l\u0131mla ilgili \u00f6zel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n mevcut gen\u00e7lerin \u00e7atlaklar\u0131 ve dahil etme politikalar\u0131 aras\u0131nda oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmektedir.
