Yerel halk\u0131n ve yeni gelenlerin etkile\u015fimini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirir, korkular\u0131 ve \u00f6nyarg\u0131lar\u0131 ele al\u0131r ve topluluk ruhunu kapsay\u0131c\u0131 bir hedef olarak te\u015fvik eder. Yerel gen\u00e7ler ve gen\u00e7 g\u00f6\u00e7menler, topluluk sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 ele alan giri\u015fimci fikirler geli\u015ftirir ve yerel topluluklarda olumlu bir de\u011fi\u015fim sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in payda\u015flarla ortakl\u0131klar kurar.
