\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma oturumunun amac\u0131, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n gen\u00e7lerin demokratik s\u00fcre\u00e7lere nas\u0131l dahil olduklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmelerine ve gen\u00e7lik kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n yerel d\u00fczeydeki etkilerini ke\u015ffetmelerine, haritaland\u0131rmalar\u0131na ve analiz etmelerine olanak sa\u011flamakt\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma oturumu, gen\u00e7lik politikas\u0131 geli\u015fiminin yerel ve b\u00f6lgesel d\u00fczeyde yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunmu\u015ftur. Ama\u00e7, bu t\u00fcr s\u00fcre\u00e7lere kat\u0131lan t\u00fcm payda\u015flar\u0131n, gen\u00e7lerin politika geli\u015ftirme konusundaki kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rabilecek mekanizmalar ve ara\u00e7lar hakk\u0131nda daha fazla fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011fa sahip olmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak ve bu politikalar\u0131n yerel ve b\u00f6lgesel d\u00fczeyde etkisini art\u0131rmakt\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n

2018-19 i\u00e7in stratejik \u00f6nceliklerimizden biri, a\u011f \u00fcyelerimizin gen\u00e7lerin yerel y\u00f6neti\u015fime etkili ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir \u015fekilde kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan yap\u0131lar\u0131 daha iyi geli\u015ftirme ve uygulama kapasitesini geli\u015ftirmektir. Bu ama\u00e7la, gen\u00e7lerin karar verme s\u00fcrecine kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n mevcut modellerini daha eri\u015filebilir hale getirmemiz gerekiyor.
