E\u011fitim, Danimarka, Portekiz, \u0130talya, Makedonya, Polonya, Slovenya, Slovakya, Litvanya ve Macaristan'dan 23 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131y\u0131, gen\u00e7lerin kat\u0131l\u0131m yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131, ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ve mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131 ilgilendiren Avrupa'daki Gen\u00e7lik Kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 sanat\u0131n\u0131 ke\u015ffetmek i\u00e7in bir araya getirdi. TC ayr\u0131ca, farkl\u0131 payda\u015flar\u0131 dahil ederek gen\u00e7lerin karar alma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n nas\u0131l geli\u015ftirilece\u011fine dair i\u00e7g\u00f6r\u00fcler ve deneyimler getirdi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TC  \u2047 Youth, gen\u00e7lerin yerel topluluklar\u0131ndaki zorluklara y\u00f6nelik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin tasarlanmas\u0131nda aktif akt\u00f6rler olarak yer almalar\u0131n\u0131 ve ayn\u0131 zamanda yerel ve b\u00f6lgesel yetkililerin gen\u00e7lerin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 daha yak\u0131ndan ele almalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan gen\u00e7lik kat\u0131l\u0131m yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ve ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmeyi genel hedefi olarak belirlemi\u015ftir. TC'nin sonunda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, Gen\u00e7lik Kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 farkl\u0131 ba\u011flamlarda ve topluluklarda g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek i\u00e7in yerel eylem planlar\u0131 ve stratejileri geli\u015ftirebilir ve gen\u00e7lik kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir \u015fekilde yap\u0131lar\u0131n nas\u0131l olu\u015fturulaca\u011f\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 konusunda kapsaml\u0131 bilgi sahibi olabilirler. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E\u011fitim Kursu s\u0131ras\u0131nda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar Fund\u00e3o belediyesini ziyaret etme f\u0131rsat\u0131 buldular ve ideal bir yerel gen\u00e7lik konseyinin nas\u0131l g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dair ilgin\u00e7 tart\u0131\u015fmalara kat\u0131ld\u0131lar.
