Kongre \u2047 giri\u015fimi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u2047 Gen\u00e7le\u015ftirici siyaset \u2047 , Avrupa Konseyi Yerel ve B\u00f6lgesel Y\u00f6netimler Kongresi, \u00fcye devlet ba\u015f\u0131na bir genci, 32. ve 33. oturumlar\u0131nda aktif olarak yer almak ve kendi taban projelerini geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in Strazburg'a davet ediyor.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Avrupa Konseyi, daha fazla genci Avrupa'daki sivil toplumun g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesine aktif olarak kat\u0131lmaya ve insan haklar\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7e\u015fitlilik ve sosyal uyum de\u011ferlerini savunmaya te\u015fvik etmek istiyor. Ayr\u0131ca gen\u00e7lerin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na \u00f6zel \u00f6nem vererek gen\u00e7lik politikalar\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmek ve geli\u015ftirmek istiyor. Bu y\u00f6nelimi tamamlayan Avrupa Konseyi Yerel ve B\u00f6lgesel Y\u00f6netimler Kongresi, gen\u00e7lik kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 konusuna daha yak\u0131ndan bakmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Ekim 2014'ten bu yana Kongre, farkl\u0131 ge\u00e7mi\u015flere sahip gen\u00e7leri, gen\u00e7 aktivistleri, gen\u00e7 i\u015f\u00e7ileri, \u00f6\u011frencileri, gen\u00e7 politikac\u0131lar\u0131 oturumlar\u0131na kat\u0131lmaya, tart\u0131\u015fmalarda s\u00f6z sahibi olmaya ve g\u00fcndemdeki konularda Kongre \u00fcyeleriyle de\u011fi\u015fim yapmaya davet ediyor.\u00a0 2016'dan bu yana her iki oturuma da kat\u0131lmaya davet ediliyorlar ve t\u00fcm y\u0131l boyunca Kongre \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131yorlar.\u00a02016 gen\u00e7lik delegelerine kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak ilk kez yerel ve b\u00f6lgesel d\u00fczeyde kendi projelerini geli\u015ftirmeye davet edildiler. Kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n bu y\u00f6n\u00fc 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda daha da geli\u015ftirilecektir.<\/p>\n

Her \u00fcye Devletten birer gen\u00e7 delege, oturumun tamam\u0131 boyunca Kongre \u00fcyeleriyle birlikte hemicycle'da oturacak.\u00a0 Yayg\u0131n e\u011fitim ilkelerine g\u00f6re y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bir g\u00fcnl\u00fck bir haz\u0131rl\u0131k oturumu ve her oturumdan \u00f6nce bir ho\u015f geldiniz ak\u015fam\u0131 d\u00fczenlenecektir.\u00a0 Gen\u00e7lik delegeleri iki 2017 oturumunun tamam\u0131na kat\u0131lmay\u0131 taahh\u00fct etmelidir: 26 Mart ve 16 Ekim'den (19.00) 30 Mart ve 20 Ekim'deki bilgilendirme oturumlar\u0131na (17.00)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
