DYPALL Network 2025 Activity Report In 2025, DYPALL Network continued to strengthen democracy through meaningful youth participation at the local level. At a time of growing pressure on democratic institutions and increasing distance between young people and decision-making processes, our work reaffirmed a simple principle: democracies are stronger when young people are actively involved in shaping them. Throughout the year, the Network worked with young people, youth organisations, municipalities and partners across Europe to strengthen participation structures, foster dialogue and support more inclusive and sustainable democratic practices. From local youth councils and youth activism to capacity building, policy dialogue and innovative approaches to participation, our activities responded to the changing ways in which young people engage with democracy. 2025 was also a year of strong cooperation and growth across the Network. We cooperated with 58 organisations ve institutions across 23 countries, implemented 12 international projects ve 27 international activities, and reached 5,419 participants through our work. We also strengthened our contribution to European policy processes through 8 representation activities, bringing local perspectives and the voices of our members into broader discussions on youth policy, youth work and democratic development. Behind these numbers is the collective work of our members, partners, trainers, volunteers and staff. Their commitment continues to shape DYPALL Network as a European platform for learning, cooperation and action, rooted in the belief that meaningful youth participation can contribute to stronger local communities and more resilient democracies.
