Proiectul CHLaYdoscope \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 sprijine dezvoltarea leadershipului tinerilor bazat pe comunitate (YCL) printr-un program inovator de mentorat \u0219i educa\u021bie non-formal\u0103 conceput \u0219i livrat de lideri europeni cu experien\u021b\u0103 Creative Hub (ECHL). Principala prioritate pe care proiectul dore\u0219te s\u0103 o abordeze: \u201ePromovarea cet\u0103\u021beniei active, a spiritului de ini\u021biativ\u0103 al tinerilor \u0219i a antreprenoriatului \u00een r\u00e2ndul tinerilor, inclusiv \u00een domeniul social\u201d.
