Consiliile locale pentru tineret sunt spa\u021bii vitale pentru dialog \u0219i reprezentare la nivel municipal, dar se confrunt\u0103 cu noi provoc\u0103ri legate de digitalizare, de riscurile online \u0219i de modurile \u00een schimbare \u00een care tinerii se exprim\u0103 \u0219i interac\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu guvernan\u021ba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00cen perioada 14-21 septembrie 2025, re\u021beaua DYPALL a organizat cursul de formare \u201eConsilii locale de tineret pentru participarea de calitate \u00een sfera digital\u0103\u201d la Mollina (Spania), \u00een cadrul celei de a 24-a Universit\u0103\u021bi pentru Tineret \u0219i Dezvoltare (UYD).<\/strong> Aceast\u0103 ini\u021biativ\u0103 a reunit 20 de membri activi ai consiliilor locale ale tinerilor \u0219i ai unor structuri participative similare din 14 \u021b\u0103ri din Europa \u0219i din afara acesteia, care s-au angajat s\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 calitatea particip\u0103rii tinerilor la procesul decizional, \u00een special \u00een sfera digital\u0103 aflat\u0103 \u00een evolu\u021bie rapid\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pe tot parcursul programului, participan\u021bii au explorat \u201eCarta de calitate privind consiliile locale de tineret participative \u0219i favorabile incluziunii\u201d<\/em><\/strong> \u0219i documentele \u00eenso\u021bitoare Setul de instrumente<\/strong>, ob\u021bin\u00e2nd strategii practice de evaluare, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire \u0219i sus\u021binere a eficacit\u0103\u021bii consiliilor lor. De asemenea, ace\u0219tia \u0219i-au aprofundat \u00een\u021belegerea angajamentului democratic, a promov\u0103rii \u0219i a alfabetiz\u0103rii digitale, reflect\u00e2nd \u00een acela\u0219i timp asupra modului \u00een care aceste elemente pot fi adaptate \u0219i aplicate \u00een propriile comunit\u0103\u021bi. \u00cen cele din urm\u0103, cursul a subliniat nu numai provoc\u0103rile, ci \u0219i oportunit\u0103\u021bile pe care sfera digital\u0103 le prezint\u0103 pentru consiliile locale de tineret. Activitatea a contribuit la consolidarea unei re\u021bele europene de educatori \u0219i multiplicatori inter pares pentru o participare de calitate a tinerilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Programul a fost \u00eembog\u0103\u021bit \u00een continuare de cadrul mai larg al UYD, care \u00een acest an s-a axat pe tema \u201eCapacitarea tinerilor pentru siguran\u021ba digital\u0103\u201d<\/strong><\/em>. Acest lucru a oferit participan\u021bilor oportunit\u0103\u021bi de a se conecta cu al\u021bi lideri de tineret, exper\u021bi \u0219i reprezentan\u021bi institu\u021bionali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cursul de formare a fost cofinan\u021bat de Programul Erasmus+ al Uniunii Europene prin intermediul Agen\u021biei Na\u021bionale Portugheze \u0219i coordonat de Re\u021beaua DYPALL<\/strong>. Universitatea pentru Tineret \u0219i Dezvoltare face parte din programul comun iLEGEND III, cofinan\u021bat de Uniunea European\u0103 \u0219i Consiliul Europei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
