\u00cen cadrul \u201eClimbing the Ladder \u2013 Fostering a Culture of Youth Engagement\u201d (Climbing the Ladder \u2013 Promovarea unei culturi a implic\u0103rii tinerilor) (CL-YE)<\/em><\/strong> \u00cen cadrul proiectului, re\u021beaua DYPALL a g\u0103zduit primul curs de formare pentru Grupul de facilitatori de tineret pentru democra\u021bie. Instruirea a avut loc \u00een perioada 7-12 aprilie \u00een Portim\u00e3o, Portugalia, reunind 16 tineri lideri din 11 \u021b\u0103ri diferite, to\u021bi fiind implica\u021bi activ \u00een sectorul tineretului \u00een cadrul comunit\u0103\u021bilor lor locale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obiectivul principal al acestei form\u0103ri a fost de a dota tinerii cu v\u00e2rste cuprinse \u00eentre 18 \u0219i 25 de ani cu instrumentele, cuno\u0219tin\u021bele \u0219i competen\u021bele necesare pentru a sprijini organiza\u021biile \u00een punerea \u00een aplicare sau consolidarea mecanismelor de implicare a tinerilor. Utiliz\u00e2nd metodologii de educa\u021bie non-formal\u0103 \u0219i ghida\u021bi de formatori cu experien\u021b\u0103, participan\u021bii au fost cufunda\u021bi \u00eentr-un mediu de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare dinamic, \u00een care au putut s\u0103 fac\u0103 schimb de experien\u021be, s\u0103 dezvolte competen\u021be \u0219i s\u0103 construiasc\u0103 re\u021bele cu omologi din \u00eentreaga Europ\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aceast\u0103 formare ini\u021bial\u0103 reprezint\u0103 un pas important \u00een cadrul ini\u021biativei CL-YE. Grupul de facilitatori se va reuni din nou pentru o reuniune strategic\u0103 \u00een Italia, organizat\u0103 \u00een cooperare cu Europiamo ETS<\/strong>, s\u0103 continue consolidarea capacit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i s\u0103 dezvolte \u00een continuare rezultatele proiectului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proiectul CL-YE este coordonat de re\u021beaua DYPALL \u00een parteneriat cu Europiamo ETS (Italia), YEPP EUROPE (Germania), Nordland fylkeskommune (Norvegia), EDYN (Slovacia), Adunarea Regiunilor Europene \u2013 AER (Fran\u021ba) \u0219i SQLearn (Grecia) \u0219i este cofinan\u021bat de programul Erasmus+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
