Grupul consultativ al proiectului CL-YE a avut prima sa reuniune cu prezen\u021b\u0103 fizic\u0103 \u00een perioada 3-6 decembrie 2024 la Bruxelles, Belgia. Grupul consultativ privind implicarea tinerilor este un grup de 12 exper\u021bi din diferite \u021b\u0103ri din Europa, cu experien\u021b\u0103 concret\u0103 \u00een mecanisme, structuri \u0219i modele de implicare a tinerilor, cu misiunea de a sprijini consor\u021biul proiectului CL-YE \u00een planificarea, cercetarea \u0219i furnizarea principalelor rezultate ale proiectului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reuniunea grupului consultativ, condus\u0103 de re\u021beaua DYPALL \u0219i g\u0103zduit\u0103 de AER, a fost un spa\u021biu \u00een care exper\u021bii au putut discuta \u0219i \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219i puncte de vedere \u0219i experien\u021b\u0103 comune, pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce s-au afundat \u00een diferite mecanisme de participare a tinerilor din \u00eentreaga Europ\u0103. Ace\u0219tia au petrecut mult timp deliber\u00e2nd punctele forte \u0219i \u201esupravegherile\u201d, indicatorii-cheie de succes \u0219i indicatorii de calitate ai diferitelor mecanisme \u2013 consiliile de tineret, ambasadorii tinerilor, grupurile consultative pentru tineret, grupurile de coordonare pentru tineret \u0219i cercetarea condus\u0103 de tineret, printre altele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obiectivul principal al acestei reuniuni a fost de a colecta contribu\u021bii din partea exper\u021bilor cu privire la orient\u0103rile calitative, publica\u021bia care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie elaborat\u0103 \u00een cadrul proiectului \u0219i care va oferi cel pu\u021bin 8 orient\u0103ri diferite (planuri pas cu pas) pentru diferite mecanisme de implicare a tinerilor, menite s\u0103 ghideze practicienii, factorii de decizie politic\u0103 \u0219i alte p\u0103r\u021bi interesate \u00een elaborarea \u0219i stabilirea unor astfel de modele de implicare a tinerilor, printr-un proces transparent, incluziv \u0219i participativ, \u00een conformitate cu bunele practici \u0219i recomand\u0103rile \u00een domeniul tineretului. Membrii grupului consultativ au fost, de asemenea, consulta\u021bi cu privire la platforma care va fi dezvoltat\u0103 \u00een 2025 pentru a ghida practicienii \u0219i factorii de decizie politic\u0103 \u00een instituirea unor mecanisme de implicare a tinerilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grupul consultativ s-a al\u0103turat, de asemenea, unei p\u0103r\u021bi a programului CL-YE care se desf\u0103\u0219ura \u00een paralel, cu scopul de a vizita \u0219i de a afla mai multe despre organismele \u0219i institu\u021biile decizionale europene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proiectul este condus de DYPALL Network \u00een parteneriat cu Europiamo ETS<\/a> (Italia), YEPP EUROPA<\/a> (Germania), Nordland fylkeskommune<\/a> (Norvegia), EDYN<\/a> (Slovacia), @Adunarea Regiunilor Europene \u2013 AER<\/a> (Fran\u021ba), SQLearn<\/a> (Grecia) finan\u021bat prin programul Erasmus+ \u201eTineretul european \u00eempreun\u0103\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
