Vizita de studiu la Gent \u201ePolitici \u00een domeniul tineretului pentru democra\u021bii locale mai bune\u201d, organizat\u0103 de re\u021beaua DYPALL \u00een cooperare cu Bataljong \u0219i cu Departamentul pentru tineret al ora\u0219ului Gent, a avut loc \u00een perioada 27 mai-1 iunie 2024 la Gent, Belgia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00cen timpul activit\u0103\u021bii, participan\u021bii au aflat despre participarea tinerilor la Ghent<\/a>, Capitala european\u0103 a tineretului 2024, \u0219i a cunoscut alte organiza\u021bii europene care lucreaz\u0103 \u00een domeniul particip\u0103rii tinerilor la procesele decizionale la nivel local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Programul vizitei de studiu a oferit participan\u021bilor posibilitatea de a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba din Bataljong<\/a>\u201ecele mai bune practici. Pun\u00e2nd accentul pe consolidarea proceselor democratice, Bataljong ofer\u0103 sprijin continuu administra\u021biilor locale din Flandra, Belgia, \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te crearea \u0219i men\u021binerea unor platforme pentru implicarea tinerilor \u00een procesul decizional. Participan\u021bii au fost familiariza\u021bi cu ini\u021biative precum Debattle, Jonge Wegweters \u0219i Roadmap. De asemenea, au colaborat cu Consiliul Local al Tineretului din Gent. Acest Consiliu, format din 20 de membri cu v\u00e2rste cuprinse \u00eentre 16 \u0219i 30 de ani, ofer\u0103 consiliere cu privire la politici, organizeaz\u0103 alegeri \u0219i elaboreaz\u0103 un memorandum privind priorit\u0103\u021bile tinerilor care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie inclus \u00een programele politice pentru alegerile locale, pe care \u00eel prezint\u0103 partidelor politice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vizite la LARF!<\/a> \u0219i BROEI<\/a> le-a permis participan\u021bilor s\u0103 descopere direct practicile de implicare a tinerilor. LARF! este o organiza\u021bie non-profit \u0219i o organiza\u021bie educa\u021bional\u0103 cultural\u0103 \u00een care copiii \u0219i tinerii se afl\u0103 \u00een centru, indiferent de originea, mediul sau talentul lor, iar BROEI este un spa\u021biu creativ care sprijin\u0103 EYC cu activit\u0103\u021bi, \u00een care 25 de organiza\u021bii orientate spre tineret utilizeaz\u0103 spa\u021biul \u0219i programul. Laboratorul BROEI este format din 60 de persoane care \u00ee\u0219i ofer\u0103 ateliere de lucru \u0219i \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 \u00een colaborare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00cen plus, participarea la conferin\u021ba final\u0103 a Platformei C, organizat\u0103 de Bataljong, a \u00eembog\u0103\u021bit \u0219i mai mult vizita cu modele de succes de participare a tinerilor la procesul decizional la nivel local. Platforma C pune accentul pe elaborarea de politici locale \u00eempreun\u0103 cu tinerii, consider\u00e2ndu-i ca f\u0103c\u00e2nd parte dintr-un ecosistem. Discu\u021biile-cheie au eviden\u021biat importan\u021ba vocilor tinerilor \u00een procesul de elaborare a politicilor, necesitatea unei mai bune inform\u0103ri cu privire la modul \u00een care func\u021bioneaz\u0103 politicile \u0219i strategiile de implicare at\u00e2t a tinerilor, c\u00e2t \u0219i a politicienilor \u00een dialog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vizita de studiu a fost finan\u021bat\u0103 \u00een cadrul programului Erasmus+ prin intermediul Agen\u021biei Na\u021bionale JINT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
