2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vizita de studiu face parte din cadrul proiectului <em><strong>\u201eStimularea particip\u0103rii tinerilor la procesul decizional la nivel local 3\u201d<\/strong><\/em>, care urm\u0103re\u0219te s\u0103 viziteze, s\u0103 analizeze, s\u0103 experimenteze \u0219i s\u0103 exploreze practicile de participare a tinerilor la procesele decizionale, cu un accent special pe incluziunea tinerilor marginaliza\u021bi, cum ar fi tinerii migran\u021bi \u0219i tinerii proveni\u021bi din familii de migran\u021bi, \u0219i, \u00een special, s\u0103 fac\u0103 schimb de practici care sunt deja puse \u00een aplicare pentru a le adapta la propria realitate \u0219i pentru a consolida programele existente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen cursul s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nii, 26 de lucr\u0103tori de tineret din cadrul organiza\u021biilor societ\u0103\u021bii civile \u0219i al func\u021bionarilor municipali din Finlanda, Italia, Letonia, \u021a\u0103rile de Jos, Macedonia de Nord, Polonia, Portugalia, Rom\u00e2nia, Spania, Suedia \u0219i Turcia au avut ocazia s\u0103 colaboreze \u0219i s\u0103 observe proiecte specifice privind implicarea tinerilor migran\u021bi \u00een procesele decizionale la nivel local.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen timpul sesiunilor, ace\u0219tia au reflectat asupra particip\u0103rii tinerilor la procesul decizional la nivel local, au \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219it propriile realit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i au discutat despre provoc\u0103rile \u0219i oportunit\u0103\u021bile activit\u0103\u021bilor pentru tineret \u00een contextele lor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participan\u021bii au avut, de asemenea, ocazia de a vizita realit\u0103\u021bile locale care se ocup\u0103 de capacitarea tinerilor, cum ar fi <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.popei.nl\/nld\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Popei<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u0219i <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dynamo-eindhoven.nl\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centrul de Tineret Dynamo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u0219i s\u0103 discute direct cu tinerii din <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Jong040Eindhoven\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jong040<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Consiliul Tineretului al municipalit\u0103\u021bii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen ultima parte a programului, participan\u021bii au fost ruga\u021bi s\u0103-\u0219i prezinte activitatea la nivel local \u00eentr-un mod creativ \u0219i s\u0103 elaboreze c\u00e2teva ac\u021biuni pentru viitor, dezvolt\u00e2nd strategii locale \u0219i un plan de ac\u021biune.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aspectul <strong>principalele obiective<\/strong> au fost:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u0103 exploreze, s\u0103 experimenteze \u0219i s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 provoc\u0103rile specifice legate de participarea tinerilor migran\u021bi \u0219i a tinerilor proveni\u021bi din familii de migran\u021bi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u0103 viziteze exemple de bune practici bazate pe interac\u021biunea cu organiza\u021biile proiectului \u0219i s\u0103 filtreze elementele pentru a le transfera \u00een propria realitate;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sa ofere posibilitati de construire a parteneriatelor pe termen lung intre organizatiile active in domeniul participarii tinerilor la nivel local pentru proiecte viitoare;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crearea unei colec\u021bii de bune practici de participare a tinerilor migran\u021bi \u0219i a tinerilor proveni\u021bi din familii de migran\u021bi.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vizita de studiu este a doua dintre cele dou\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bi ale \u201e<em><strong>Stimularea particip\u0103rii tinerilor la nivel local 3<\/strong><\/em>proiect, \u00een urma vizitei de studiu la Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugalia, care a avut loc \u00een noiembrie 2022. Activitatea a fost organizat\u0103 de re\u021beaua DYPALL \u00een colaborare cu <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adynenetherlands.nl\/\">ADYNE \u021a\u0103rile de Jos<\/a>, finan\u021bat de Agen\u021bia Na\u021bional\u0103 a \u021a\u0103rilor de Jos din cadrul programului Erasmus +.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
