Dup\u0103 primele nou\u0103 luni ale mandatului s\u0103u \u00een cadrul Consiliului consultativ pentru tineret (CC) al Consiliului Europei, Gianluca Rossino, reprezentantul re\u021belei DYPALL, \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219e\u0219te c\u00e2teva reflec\u021bii din aceast\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u201e\u00cen calitate de reprezentant al re\u021belei DYPALL, am privilegiul de a face parte din Consiliul mixt pentru tineret, organismul decizional al sectorului tineretului, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu 29 de colegi membri ai Consiliului consultativ \u0219i cu reprezentan\u021bii celor 46 de membri ai guvernului CoE.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Dup\u0103 formarea primitoare din luna iunie a anului trecut, ne-am \u00eent\u00e2lnit \u00een cele din urm\u0103 \u00een octombrie 2022 la Centrul European pentru Tineret din Budapesta, cu multe puncte de discutat \u0219i c\u00e2teva decizii de luat. A fost o experien\u021b\u0103 interesant\u0103, fiind prima dat\u0103 c\u00e2nd am participat la o reuniune a Consiliului mixt. Dup\u0103 o jum\u0103tate de zi dedicat\u0103 unui schimb cu Forumul European de Tineret, ne-am axat pe prezentarea unor propuneri \u0219i pe luarea unei decizii cu privire la pozi\u021bia CA pe teme-cheie, cum ar fi continuarea Campaniei pentru tineret din 2022 privind revitalizarea democra\u021biei. Acolo mi-am asumat responsabilitatea pentru unele dintre punctele de pe ordinea de zi, inclusiv propunerea de a crea un grup de redactare care s\u0103 defineasc\u0103 orient\u0103rile privind <\/span>cet\u0103\u021benia \u0219i participarea tinerilor la via\u021ba public\u0103, care va fi instituit\u0103 \u00een 2023. \u00cen general, ceea ce pot \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219i despre acest tip de experien\u021b\u0103 \u0219i context institu\u021bional este c\u0103 este foarte complex s\u0103 te implici \u00een toate chestiunile discutate \u00een timpul unei \u00eent\u00e2lniri de trei zile, dar este esen\u021bial s\u0103 fii preg\u0103tit \u0219i s\u0103-\u021bi \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219e\u0219ti punctul de vedere atunci c\u00e2nd sim\u021bi c\u0103 ai ceva de spus \u0219i s\u0103-l faci s\u0103 conteze.<\/span>

\n<\/span>O lun\u0103 mai t\u00e2rziu, am fost invitat din nou la Budapesta \u00een calitate de reprezentant al Consiliului consultativ pentru un seminar privind autonomia tinerilor, av\u00e2nd, de asemenea, ocazia de a fi unul dintre vorbitorii din grupul introductiv. Pute\u021bi g\u0103si mai multe informa\u021bii despre acest lucru <\/span>aici<\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Acolo, am propus c\u00e2teva ac\u021biuni concrete pentru a pune \u00een aplicare \u00een continuare aceast\u0103 recomandare, iar activit\u0103\u021bile pentru tineret au un impact asupra accesului tinerilor la drepturile sociale, \u00een special pentru cei care tr\u0103iesc \u00een cartiere defavorizate, cum ar fi o cooperare mai str\u00e2ns\u0103 cu autorit\u0103\u021bile locale \u0219i regionale \u0219i crearea de materiale educa\u021bionale care s\u0103 fie u\u0219or de accesat \u0219i s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 un instrument de formare online.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u00cen decembrie 2022, m-am aflat din nou la Budapesta pentru cea de a 2-a reuniune a Comitetului de programare al anului, organismul coadministrat responsabil de deciziile privind activit\u0103\u021bile care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 aib\u0103 loc la Centrele Europene pentru Tineret de la Strasbourg \u0219i Budapesta, precum \u0219i privind cererile de finan\u021bare depuse la Funda\u021bia European\u0103 pentru Tineret. \u00cen cadrul acestuia, fac parte, de asemenea, din grupul de lucru privind sesiunile de studiu \u0219i am fost raportor pentru grupul de lucru privind criteriile suplimentare pentru activit\u0103\u021bile-pilot, care \u0219i-a finalizat activitatea \u00een luna noiembrie a anului trecut. PC a procedat la adoptarea \u00een unanimitate a recomand\u0103rilor pe care le-am propus.<\/span>

P\u00e2n\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul acestei luni, vom lucra la selectarea noii genera\u021bii de delega\u021bi de tineret. \u00cen fiecare an, doar un t\u00e2n\u0103r din fiecare stat membru este selectat pentru aceast\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103 foarte formativ\u0103 \u0219i pre\u021bioas\u0103, care le permite tinerilor s\u0103 se al\u0103ture activit\u0103\u021bilor Congresului \u0219i s\u0103 introduc\u0103 \u00een continuare perspectivele tinerilor \u00een activitatea sa politic\u0103. Dup\u0103 ce am avut aceast\u0103 ocazie, pot s\u0103 v\u0103 \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219esc c\u00e2t de motivant\u0103 poate fi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>Urm\u0103toarea reuniune a Consiliului consultativ \u0219i a Consiliului mixt va avea loc, \u00een schimb, \u00een martie 2023, la Strasbourg, urm\u00e2nd s\u0103 fie discutate noi chestiuni importante \u0219i a\u0219tept cu interes s\u0103 \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219esc mai multe despre acestea \u00een urm\u0103toarele buletine informative ale re\u021belei DYPALL.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
