Valorificarea inov\u0103rii digitale pentru participarea tinerilor la nivel local\u201d, care a fost organizat\u0103 de re\u021beaua DYPALL \u00een cooperare cu Departamentul pentru tineret al Consiliului Europei \u00een cadrul Centrului European pentru Tineret de la Strasbourg \u00een perioada 27 septembrie-3 octombrie 2020. Formatul sesiunii de studiu ne-a permis s\u0103 invit\u0103m 3 exper\u021bi \u0219i lectori externi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Eva Henkens<\/strong> din <a href=\"https:\/\/l.facebook.com\/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.treecompany.be%2F%3Ffbclid%3DIwAR3q5-ynw2EtlIeUQe6amis8s-0l39ElecJimM_sDdlhgzGIBHK3YODlGao&amp;h=AT2MCX6CsKrDFW7ivtE1kffLaLwHuhVS0gUNQlkaGWxS-m9UUfogVK5LvMN41CbA2gJkbwfR3KNX5h44vaSwshdREBXjbAVzUKwRbZJjthEXUIw-JclLEUnSC_Ajc3MoQlme4Q\">Compania de arbori<\/a> (Belgia) a condus ateliere practice privind planificarea unui proces de e-participare reu\u0219it, prezent\u00e2ndu-\u0219i metodologia, instrumentele \u0219i bunele practici \u00een domeniu<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Alexandra Chandran din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citizenlab.co\/?utm_source=citizenlabcom&amp;utm_medium=redirect&amp;utm_campaign=brand\">CitizenLab<\/a> a facilitat o simulare practic\u0103 pe platforma lor de e-guvernare, probabil cel mai dezvoltat \u0219i mai complex software disponibil \u00een Europa<\/p>\n<p>Eva Shepherd din <a href=\"https:\/\/nexusinstitut.de\/ueber-uns\/\">nexus Institutul pentru Managementul Cooper\u0103rii \u0219i Cercetare Interdisciplinar\u0103<\/a> (Germania) ne-a prezentat proiectul lor \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/digy-project.eu\/about-us\/\">DIGY \u2013 Participarea digital\u0103 a tinerilor a devenit mai u\u0219oar\u0103<\/a>\u201d \u0219i ne-a permis s\u0103 practic\u0103m crearea de proiecte \u0219i idei prin intermediul <a href=\"https:\/\/opin.me\/\">OPIN<\/a> platform\u0103 \u2013 un instrument gratuit de e-participare conceput pentru tineri.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen plus, participan\u021bii au avut ocazia s\u0103 discute \u0219i s\u0103 compare aspectele esen\u021biale ale particip\u0103rii \u0219i e-particip\u0103rii tinerilor, cum ar fi accesul, comunicarea, provoc\u0103rile sau amenin\u021b\u0103rile. Cu scopul de a crea strategii \u0219i idei de succes, participan\u021bii au aflat despre oportunit\u0103\u021bile de finan\u021bare \u0219i au elaborat idei de proiecte locale \u0219i interna\u021bionale, care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie puse \u00een aplicare \u00een viitorul apropiat. \u00cen plus, \u00eenainte, \u00een timpul \u0219i dup\u0103 activitate, participan\u021bii au fost angaja\u021bi \u0219i contacta\u021bi prin intermediul unei <strong>Discordie<\/strong> canal, care a fost utilizat pentru: furnizarea de materiale, cunoa\u0219terea a\u0219tept\u0103rilor participan\u021bilor, r\u0103spunsuri la \u00eentreb\u0103rile lor \u0219i cunoa\u0219terea reciproc\u0103 \u00eenainte de activitate, precum \u0219i furnizarea de actualiz\u0103ri, ateliere, vot \u0219i interac\u021biune \u00eentr-o sfer\u0103 digital\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen urm\u0103toarele 3 luni, va fi publicat un raport complet care rezum\u0103 rezultatele sesiunii de studiu. Deja miercuri, re\u021beaua DYPALL va prezenta rezultatele acestor dou\u0103 sesiuni de studiu \u00een cadrul Meta-Universit\u0103\u021bii organizate de Centrul Nord-Sud al Consiliului Europei.
