Valorificarea inov\u0103rii digitale pentru participarea tinerilor la nivel local\u201d, care a fost organizat\u0103 de re\u021beaua DYPALL \u00een cooperare cu Departamentul pentru tineret al Consiliului Europei \u00een cadrul Centrului European pentru Tineret de la Strasbourg \u00een perioada 27 septembrie-3 octombrie 2020.
