La 1 martie 2021 Re\u021beaua DYPALL<\/strong> au participat la o reuniune on-line de lansare a proiectului \u201eCre\u0219terea \u0219i accesul milenialilor la Erasmus+<\/strong>\u201d (GAME+) coordonat\u0103 de membrul re\u021belei DYPALL Europe4Youth<\/strong> (Polonia) cu al\u021bi 2 parteneri: Centrul pentru Activismul Tinerilor CYA KRIK<\/strong> (Macedonia de Nord) \u0219i APS din Bangherang<\/strong> (Italia).<\/p>\n

Proiectul \u201eGAME+\u201d urm\u0103re\u0219te s\u0103 creeze un instrument digital inovator Learnus+ care s\u0103 sprijine activit\u0103\u021bile create de lucr\u0103torii de tineret prin aplicarea unui strat de gamificare proceselor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare ale tinerilor. Gamification const\u0103 \u00een utilizarea designului \u0219i mecanicii jocurilor \u00eentr-un context non-joc, pentru a oferi pedagogi inovatori care adaug\u0103 elemente captivante materialelor educa\u021bionale \u0219i motiveaz\u0103 lucr\u0103torii de tineret s\u0103 \u021bin\u0103 pasul cu comunitatea \u00eentr-un mod distractiv. Acest proiect se va axa pe acordarea de sprijin lucr\u0103torilor \u0219i organiza\u021biilor de tineret atunci c\u00e2nd \u00ee\u0219i preg\u0103tesc activit\u0103\u021bile obi\u0219nuite \u0219i pe sprijinirea particip\u0103rii digitale \u0219i a \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii online a tinerilor. <\/p>\n

Obiectivele proiectului sunt:
\n\u2013 s\u0103 ofere un instrument digital nou \u0219i inovator, bazat pe metoda gamific\u0103rii;
\n\u2013 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea particip\u0103rii digitale \u0219i a incluziunii digitale a tinerilor;
\n\u2013 s\u0103 \u00eencurajeze \u0219i s\u0103 motiveze tinerii s\u0103 utilizeze jocurile educa\u021bionale ca instrument de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare online;
\n\u2013 s\u0103 consolideze capacit\u0103\u021bile lucr\u0103torilor de tineret, ale tinerilor \u0219i ale organiza\u021biilor de tineret la nivel european.<\/p>\n

\u00cen prima faz\u0103 a proiectului, consor\u021biul va lansa cercet\u0103ri ample privind studiile de caz \u0219i bunele practici de aplicare a metodelor de gamificare de c\u0103tre lucr\u0103torii de tineret \u0219i organiza\u021biile de tineret. Pe baza analizei acestor practici \u0219i a recomand\u0103rilor lucr\u0103torilor de tineret intervieva\u021bi, partenerii proiectului vor crea un nou instrument care ofer\u0103 un strat de gamificare activit\u0103\u021bilor de tineret \u0219i proceselor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare ale tinerilor. Proiectul include un curs de formare pentru lucr\u0103torii de tineret care vizeaz\u0103 dezvoltarea competen\u021belor acestora \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te aplicarea metodelor \u0219i instrumentelor de gamificare \u00een activit\u0103\u021bile pentru tineret \u0219i testarea instrumentului digital creat \u00een cadrul proiectului.<\/p>\n

Rezultatele proiectului \u2013 instrumentul digital inovator Learnus+ \u0219i Orient\u0103rile pentru utilizarea instrumentelor de gamificare \u00een activit\u0103\u021bile pentru tineret, vor fi diseminate printr-o serie de evenimente de multiplicare \u00een 4 \u021b\u0103ri.<\/p>\n

Proiectul este finan\u021bat de Uniunea European\u0103 \u00een cadrul programului Erasmus+: Parteneriat strategic pentru inovare \u00een domeniul tineretului.<\/p>\n
