Modelul \u201eBun venit\u201d se bazeaz\u0103 pe metode de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare non-formal\u0103 \u0219i pe practici colaborative. Aceasta \u00eent\u0103re\u0219te interac\u021biunea dintre localnici \u0219i nou-veni\u021bi, abordeaz\u0103 temerile \u0219i prejudec\u0103\u021bile \u0219i promoveaz\u0103 spiritul comunit\u0103\u021bii ca obiectiv general. Tinerii locali \u0219i tinerii migran\u021bi dezvolt\u0103 idei antreprenoriale care abordeaz\u0103 problemele comunit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i construiesc parteneriate cu p\u0103r\u021bile interesate pentru a aduce schimb\u0103ri pozitive \u00een comunit\u0103\u021bile locale. Aceast\u0103 colaborare este menit\u0103 s\u0103 conduc\u0103 la deschidere, toleran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i o atmosfer\u0103 de comuniune \u00een comunitate. \u00cen cele din urm\u0103, modelul \u201eBun venit\u201d \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 devin\u0103 un instrument pentru comunit\u0103\u021bile favorabile incluziunii.<\/p>\n<p>\u00centre 5<sup>th<\/sup> \u0219i 11<sup>th<\/sup> din aprilie, a avut loc un schimb de tineri \u00een Albenga, Italia, unde to\u021bi partenerii au avut reprezentan\u021bi ai cursurilor locale. Conform cartografierii diferitelor medii, \u00een aceast\u0103 activitate au fost reprezentate 30 de \u021b\u0103ri \u0219i 5 continente. La aceast\u0103 activitate au participat 4 tineri din fiecare partener plus un formator, care au avut ocazia s\u0103-\u0219i \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 experien\u021bele \u0219i realiz\u0103rile la nivel local \u0219i s\u0103-\u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 propriile proiecte. \u00cen timpul s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nii, grupul a trecut prin diferite subiecte, cum ar fi dezvoltarea ideilor, cartografierea p\u0103r\u021bilor interesate, modelul de afaceri \u0219i crearea de prototipuri pe plaj\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, participan\u021bii au avut ocazia de a descoperi pu\u021bin mai mult din realitatea local\u0103 \u0219i din alte \u021b\u0103ri\u201d.
