DYPALL este un partener m\u00e2ndru al Welcomeship, un proiect care \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 reduc\u0103 decalajul dintre tinerii migran\u021bi \u0219i tinerii locali prin antreprenoriatul bazat pe comunitate.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00centre 24<\/span>th<\/span> \u0219i 30<\/span>th<\/span> din octombrie, DYPALL a participat la proiectul Welcomeship organizat de YEPP EUROPA la Stockholm. \u00cen cursul acestei s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni a avut loc o formare a formatorilor la care au participat parteneri din \u0219ase \u021b\u0103ri, cum ar fi Portugalia, Suedia, Finlanda, Regatul Unit, Italia \u0219i Germania. Formarea a avut loc \u00een diferite case de tineret \u0219i a vizat formarea \u0219i capacitarea lucr\u0103torilor de tineret \u0219i a antrenorilor de tineret din organiza\u021biile partenere pentru a deveni formatori ai cursului de primire, \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u00e2ndu-i s\u0103 livreze subiectele cheie \u00eentr-un mod non-formal, participativ \u0219i inovator \u0219i, astfel, s\u0103 faciliteze \u00een\u021belegerea \u0219i implicarea tinerilor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Acest proiect va crea mai multe rezultate intelectuale, unul dintre ele fiind ghidul care va fi folosit ca instrument pentru a facilita formarea local\u0103. De asemenea, va fi creat un canal YouTube, unde oamenii pot urm\u0103ri diferitele tutoriale privind cele cinci module ale ghidului: \u201eOpening Minds & Doors\u201d, \u201eEntrepreneurship & Community\u201d, \u201eIdea Development\u201d, \u201eThe Market: From Idea to Business\u201d (De la idee la \u00eentreprindere) \u0219i \u201eLaunching & Scaling\u201d (Lansare \u0219i amplificare; scalare).<\/span><\/p>\n

Formarea local\u0103 va avea loc \u00een perioada decembrie-ianuarie la Portim\u00e3o, reunind tineri din ora\u0219, \u00een special migran\u021bi sau proveni\u021bi din familii de migran\u021bi. \u00cen paralel cu formarea local\u0103, vor fi organizate cinci nop\u021bi de primire, evenimente cu diverse formate, \u00een cadrul c\u0103rora comunitatea se poate reuni \u0219i \u00ee\u0219i poate \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219i proiectele \u0219i nevoile.<\/span><\/p>\n
