{"id":2852,"date":"2018-03-01T11:56:09","date_gmt":"2018-03-01T10:56:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=2852"},"modified":"2018-03-01T11:56:09","modified_gmt":"2018-03-01T10:56:09","slug":"e-participation-at-a-glance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/ro\/activity\/e-participation-at-a-glance\/","title":{"rendered":"E-participarea pe scurt"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Re\u021beaua DYPALL a participat la cursul de formare \u201eE<em>Participare pe scurt<\/em>\u201d organizat\u0103 de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.europe4youth.eu\/\">Europe4Youth<\/a>\u00a0\u00een Cracovia, de la 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0&#8211; 9<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0februarie 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Acest curs interna\u021bional de formare a reunit tineri \u0219i lucr\u0103tori de tineret din cadrul organiza\u021biilor societ\u0103\u021bii civile, cu scopul de a face schimb de bune practici \u0219i de a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi competen\u021bele \u00een contextul particip\u0103rii online a tinerilor la procesele decizionale sociale \u0219i politice. Aceasta a num\u0103rat 25 de participan\u021bi reprezent\u00e2nd Polonia, Portugalia, Italia, Slovacia, Estonia, Grecia \u0219i Macedonia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen timpul cursului de formare, participan\u021bii s-au implicat \u00een diferite reflec\u021bii de grup pentru a \u00een\u021belege mai bine terminologia e-democra\u021biei \u0219i pentru a analiza mecanismele online deja existente menite s\u0103 \u00eencurajeze participarea tinerilor. Pe baza rezultatelor acestei prime analize \u0219i concentr\u00e2ndu-se asupra principalelor provoc\u0103ri impuse e-particip\u0103rii tinerilor, participan\u021bii au fost invita\u021bi, \u00eentr-un al doilea moment al form\u0103rii, s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i conceap\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i testeze propriul proiect pentru instrumentele electronice care ar putea fi puse \u00een aplicare \u00een contextul e-democra\u021biei. Acest al doilea moment a implicat cercetarea pe teren \u00een r\u00e2ndul tinerilor locali, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t instrumentele recent dezvoltate s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi testate \u0219i evaluate de grupul \u021bint\u0103 respectiv, care a avut loc \u00een <a href=\"http:\/\/cokrakow.pl\/\"><em>Centrum Obywatelskie<\/em><\/a> (Centrul pentru cet\u0103\u021beni).
