Aceast\u0103 ini\u021biativ\u0103 na\u021bional\u0103 urm\u0103re\u0219te s\u0103 asigure gestionarea unei p\u0103r\u021bi din bugetul anual al statului \u00een m\u00e2inile tinerilor, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t ace\u0219tia s\u0103 poat\u0103 contribui, prin intermediul proiectelor lor, la buna guvernan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i la consolidarea democratic\u0103. Astfel cum a declarat ministrul educa\u021biei, dl Tiago Brand\u00e3o Rodrigues, aceast\u0103 ini\u021biativ\u0103 urm\u0103re\u0219te s\u0103 ofere mai mult\u0103 voce \u201e<i>tinerii ca actori politici strategici pentru dezvoltarea \u021b\u0103rii<\/i>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>YPB 2017 face parte dintr-o strategie mai ampl\u0103 care include ca ini\u021biative similare, de exemplu, bugetul participativ pentru \u0219coli \u0219i bugetul participativ pentru municipalit\u0103\u021bi. Pentru YPB 2017, vor fi puse la dispozi\u021bie 300 000 EUR pentru proiecte care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie dezvoltate \u00een urm\u0103toarele domenii: <i>Sportul incluziv<\/i>, <i>Educa\u021bie pentru \u0218tiin\u021be<\/i>, <i>Inovare social\u0103 <\/i>\u0219i <i>Durabilitatea mediului<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>DYPALL a fost reprezentat\u0103 la sesiunea de inaugurare, al\u0103turi de mini\u0219trii \u0219i secretarul de stat pentru educa\u021bie \u0219i cultur\u0103, membri ai parlamentului na\u021bional \u0219i reprezentan\u021bi ai municipalit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i ai mai multor organiza\u021bii de tineret, inclusiv pre\u0219edintele Consiliului Na\u021bional al Tineretului din Portugalia, Hugo Carvalho.<\/p>\n<p>Prezentat publicului de c\u0103tre secretarul de stat pentru tineret \u0219i sport, dl Jo\u00e3o Paulo Rebelo, YPB 2017 compromite urm\u0103toarea defini\u021bie \u0219i agend\u0103:<\/p>\n<p><b>_ Ce este YPB 2017? <\/b>Procesul de participare democratic\u0103 prin care comunitatea de tineret este chemat\u0103 s\u0103 gestioneze execu\u021bia unei mize din bugetul anual de stat;<\/p>\n<p><b>Cine poate aplica? <\/b>Tineri cet\u0103\u021beni \u0219i non-cet\u0103\u021beni cu permis de \u0219edere \u00een Portugalia, cu v\u00e2rste cuprinse \u00eentre 14 \u0219i 30 de ani;<\/p>\n<p><b>_ Domenii: <\/b>Sportul incluziv, educa\u021bia pentru \u0219tiin\u021be, inovarea social\u0103 \u0219i durabilitatea mediului;<\/p>\n<p><b>_ Criterii: <\/b>proiectul nu se poate referi la construirea de infrastructuri; trebuie s\u0103 fie fezabil\u0103 din punct de vedere tehnic; nu poate contracara nicio politic\u0103 public\u0103 planificat\u0103 sau \u00een curs de desf\u0103\u0219urare; trebuie s\u0103 implice cel pu\u021bin dou\u0103 municipalit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p><b>_ Termene limit\u0103:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0<em>19 octombrie 2017<\/em> \u2013 Depunerea cererilor;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0<em>30 octombrie \u2013 26 noiembrie<\/em> \u2013 Evaluarea cererilor;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0<em>27 noiembrie \u2013 Procesul de votare<\/em> (prin sms sau prin intermediul site-ului web);<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0<em>26 decembrie<\/em> \u2013 Anun\u021barea rezultatelor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cererile pot fi depuse personal la fiecare direc\u021bie regional\u0103 a Instituto Portugu\u00eas do Desporto e da Juventude sau prin intermediul site-ului internet al ini\u021biativei \u2013 www.opjovem.gov.pt.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e2n\u0103 la momentul discursului de \u00eenchidere, s-a anun\u021bat c\u0103 au fost deja depuse 5 propuneri prin intermediul site-ului YPB 2017.<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/ro\/2017\/10\/06\/youth-participative-budget-2017\/opj2017\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2583\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2583\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/OPJ2017.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3264\" height=\"2448\" \/><\/a><\/h5>\n<hr \/>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ministrul educa\u021biei adres\u00e2ndu-se grupului alc\u0103tuit din reprezentan\u021bi distin\u0219i din domeniile vizate de YPB 2017.
