Cursul de formare Get Up, Stand Up! exploreaz\u0103 complexitatea democra\u021biei \u0219i a cet\u0103\u021beniei active \u00een activit\u0103\u021bile pentru tineret. Scopul s\u0103u este de a transforma reflec\u021biile \u00een ac\u021biuni pentru participarea tinerilor.<\/p>\n

Democra\u021bia \u0219i cet\u0103\u021benia activ\u0103 ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 la diferite niveluri \u2013 comunitar, organiza\u021bional, na\u021bional \u0219i european. \u00cen\u021belegerea acestui lucru este primul pas pentru a fi un membru activ \u00eentr-o societate democratic\u0103. Ridic\u0103-te, ridic\u0103-te! TC va explora modul \u00een care lucr\u0103torii de tineret pot reflecta asupra practicilor lor \u0219i le pot schimba, pentru a le permite tinerilor s\u0103 ia pozi\u021bie pentru viitorul lor \u0219i s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i modeleze societ\u0103\u021bile.<\/strong>

\n\u25cf S\u0103 exploreze modul \u00een care convingerile \u0219i valorile individuale influen\u021beaz\u0103 abordarea educa\u021bional\u0103 a lucr\u0103torilor de tineret.
\n\u25cf S\u0103 exploreze provocarea de a fi educator \u00een vremuri complexe \u0219i ambigue.
\n\u25cf \u00cen\u021belegerea modului \u00een care promovarea democra\u021biei \u0219i a cet\u0103\u021beniei active poate duce la participarea activ\u0103 a tinerilor.
