\u00cen cadrul ini\u021biativei Congresului \u201eRe\u00eentinerirea politicii\u201d, Congresul Autorit\u0103\u021bilor Locale \u0219i Regionale al Consiliului Europei invit\u0103 un t\u00e2n\u0103r din fiecare stat membru s\u0103 vin\u0103 la Strasbourg pentru a participa activ la cea de-a 32-a \u0219i cea de-a 33-a sesiune a sa \u0219i pentru a-\u0219i dezvolta propriul proiect la nivel local acas\u0103.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Consiliul Europei dore\u0219te s\u0103 \u00eencurajeze mai mul\u021bi tineri s\u0103 se implice activ \u00een consolidarea societ\u0103\u021bii civile \u00een Europa \u0219i s\u0103 apere valorile drepturilor omului, diversit\u0103\u021bii culturale \u0219i coeziunii sociale. De asemenea, dore\u0219te s\u0103 promoveze \u0219i s\u0103 dezvolte politici pentru tineret, pun\u00e2nd un accent deosebit pe participarea tinerilor. \u00cen completarea acestei orient\u0103ri, Congresul Autorit\u0103\u021bilor Locale \u0219i Regionale al Consiliului Europei a analizat mai \u00eendeaproape chestiunea particip\u0103rii tinerilor.<\/p>\n

Prin urmare, \u00eencep\u00e2nd din octombrie 2014, Congresul invit\u0103 tineri din medii diferite \u2013 activi\u0219ti pentru tineret, lucr\u0103tori de tineret, studen\u021bi, tineri politicieni \u2013 s\u0103 participe la sesiunile sale, s\u0103 aib\u0103 un cuv\u00e2nt de spus \u00een dezbateri \u0219i s\u0103 fac\u0103 schimb de opinii cu membrii Congresului cu privire la chestiunile de pe ordinea de zi.\u00a0 \u00cencep\u00e2nd din 2016, ace\u0219tia sunt invita\u021bi s\u0103 participe la ambele sesiuni, fiind implica\u021bi \u00een activitatea Congresului pe tot parcursul anului.\u00a0Ca parte a particip\u0103rii lor \u00een 2016, delega\u021bii tinerilor au fost invita\u021bi pentru prima dat\u0103 s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i dezvolte propriile proiecte la nivel local \u0219i regional. Acest aspect al particip\u0103rii lor va fi dezvoltat \u00een continuare \u00een 2017.<\/p>\n

Delega\u021bii de tineret, c\u00e2te unul din fiecare stat membru, vor sta \u00een hemiciclu, al\u0103turi de membrii Congresului, pentru \u00eentreaga sesiune.\u00a0 \u00cenaintea fiec\u0103rei sesiuni va fi organizat\u0103 o sesiune preg\u0103titoare de o zi, desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 \u00een conformitate cu principiile educa\u021biei non-formale \u0219i o sear\u0103 de bun venit.\u00a0 Delega\u021bii tinerilor trebuie s\u0103 se angajeze s\u0103 participe la toate cele dou\u0103 sesiuni din 2017: de la 26 martie \u0219i 16 octombrie (19.00) la sesiunile de informare din 30 martie \u0219i 20 octombrie (17.00)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
