Timp de o s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103, 35 de tineri, lideri de tineret, lucr\u0103tori de tineret \u0219i reprezentan\u021bi ai institu\u021biilor \u0219i factorilor de decizie au lucrat \u00eempreun\u0103 la Strabourg (Fran\u021ba) pentru a afla mai multe despre practicile de participare semnificativ\u0103 puse \u00een aplicare la nivel european \u0219i local.
