Sesiunea de studiu \u201eYouth Democracy Academy for young policy-makers\u201d organizat\u0103 de re\u021beaua DYPALL \u00een cooperare cu Departamentul pentru tineret al Consiliului Europei a avut loc \u00een perioada 27 octombrie-1 noiembrie la Centrul European pentru Tineret de la Strasbourg (EYCS), Fran\u021ba. Acesta a reunit 20 de tineri din 16 state membre ale Consiliului Europei, inclusiv membri ai consiliilor locale de tineret \u0219i ai partidelor politice, lideri de tineret, lucr\u0103tori municipali \u0219i reprezentan\u021bi ale\u0219i.
