Activitatea a urm\u0103rit s\u0103 creeze un spa\u021biu pentru schimbul de realit\u0103\u021bi diferite, s\u0103 promoveze bune practici, metodologii \u0219i instrumente \u0219i s\u0103 dezvolte proiecte de cooperare care s\u0103 conecteze tinerii, politicile de mediu \u0219i democra\u021biile locale.
