O projeto CHLaYdoscope visa apoiar o desenvolvimento de lideran\u00e7as juvenis de base comunit\u00e1ria atrav\u00e9s de um programa inovador de mentoria e educa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o formal concebido e ministrado por l\u00edderes experientes da Plataforma Criativa Europeia (ECHL). A principal prioridade que o projeto pretende abordar \u00e9 a seguinte: \u00abPromover a cidadania ativa, o sentido de iniciativa dos jovens e o empreendedorismo dos jovens, incluindo o social\u00bb.
