A atividade de cria\u00e7\u00e3o de parcerias (PBA) da rede DYPALL \u00abYouth participation for sustainable local democracys\u00bb [Participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens em democracias locais sustent\u00e1veis] na 22.a Universidade para a Juventude e o Desenvolvimento, em Mollina, Espanha, teve lugar de 17 a 24 de setembro de 2023. O PBA dedica-se a ligar os munic\u00edpios e as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil que trabalham na participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens na tomada de decis\u00f5es locais, a fim de refor\u00e7ar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens na conce\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas locais, especialmente as ambientais. Estas atividades s\u00e3o organizadas pela Rede DYPALL com o apoio do programa Erasmus+ atrav\u00e9s da ag\u00eancia nacional portuguesa. O UYD \u00e9 um evento internacional de juventude integrado no programa conjunto iLEGEND III, cofinanciado pela Uni\u00e3o Europeia e pelo Conselho da
