Youth Participation Matters \u00e9 um projeto de 18 meses implementado pela rede DYPALL que reunir\u00e1 v\u00e1rias organiza\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o governamentais, representantes das autoridades locais, investigadores, animadores de juventude, l\u00edderes juvenis e jovens para debater a import\u00e2ncia e os modelos da participa\u00e7\u00e3o local dos jovens na Europa.
