O projeto visa capacitar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens na Europa atrav\u00e9s do refor\u00e7o dos conselhos locais de juventude. Analisaremos as pr\u00e1ticas de aprendizagem ao longo da vida existentes nos pa\u00edses participantes, a fim de identificar boas pr\u00e1ticas e melhorar as estruturas existentes. As partes interessadas envolvidas nos LYC ser\u00e3o dotadas das compet\u00eancias e dos conhecimentos necess\u00e1rios. Sensibilizaremos para a import\u00e2ncia educativa e c\u00edvica dos jovens ciganos na promo\u00e7\u00e3o de jovens cidad\u00e3os democr\u00e1ticos. Al\u00e9m disso, desenvolveremos normas para avaliar a qualidade, o impacto e o alcance dos LYC, assegurando uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o efetiva dos jovens nos processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o.
