Servir\u00e1 igualmente de plataforma para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de redes e para conhecer outras organiza\u00e7\u00f5es europeias que trabalham no dom\u00ednio da participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens nos processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o a n\u00edvel local.
