Work Package 3 (WP3) builds on this foundation, turning reflection into meaningful action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Online Seminars: not just learning, but exchange<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In March 2025, three online seminars engaged <strong>214 participants from 18 countries<\/strong>, creating a truly transnational space for dialogue.<br>From Portugal to Cyprus, from Sweden to Greece, including Slovenia, Italy and beyond, the seminars brought together a diverse community capable of offering different perspectives on a<br>shared challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From European dialogue to local impact<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Building on this exchange, the HUMAN project entered its most operational phase: bringing tools, methods and competencies directly into local contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Between February and October 2025, the <strong>Country Tailored Learning Activities (CTLAs) <\/strong>were implemented across<strong> 7 partner countries: Italy, Spain, Sweden, Portugal, Cyprus, Greece and Slovenia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CTLAs represent a key transition within the project: from a shared European framework to concrete local implementation.<br>Each partner adapted the HUMAN Manual to national contexts, engaging:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>educators<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>animadores de juventude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>civil society organisations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>public authorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>young people and activists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In total, approximately <strong>140 validated participants<\/strong> were involved, meeting the targets defined in the Grant Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Activities took place in diverse settings \u2014 from universities and community centres to the <strong>UN Buffer Zone in Cyprus<\/strong>, highlighting the social and symbolic relevance of the initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A participatory and practice-oriented learning approach<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>CTLAs were not traditional training sessions, but interactive learning environments based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>group work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>real-life case analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>practical exercises<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>co-creation processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants explored key topics such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>digital activism<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>intersectionality and discrimination<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>countering online hate speech<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>youth empowerment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In several contexts, young people played an active role, reinforcing the participatory nature of the HUMAN approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Results: strengthened capacities and practical tools<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Evaluation data confirms strong impact:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Very high satisfaction (4.7\u20135.0 out of 5)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Knowledge improvement (+1.0 to +1.3)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>High likelihood of applying HUMAN tools (4.3\u20134.6)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Improved professional capacity to support youth digital activism (4.2\u20134.4)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants particularly valued:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the practical nature of the activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>real-world case studies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>intercultural and intergenerational exchange<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the clarity and usability of the HUMAN Manual<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The CTLAs demonstrated that HUMAN is not a rigid curriculum, but a <strong>flexible and adaptable toolbox<\/strong>, capable of responding to diverse social and cultural contexts.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A European model adapted to local realities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Each country emphasised different aspects:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spain &amp;
