A actividade decorreu de 1 a 6 de Setembro em Altamura, It\u00e1lia, reunindo os mesmos 16 jovens l\u00edderes de 11 pa\u00edses diferentes (j\u00e1 formados <a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/pt\/activity\/climbing-the-ladder-fostering-a-culture-of-youth-engagement-cl-ye-training-for-the-pool-of-youth-facilitators-for-democracy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Abril passado em Portugal<\/a>), estando todos ativamente envolvidos no setor da juventude nas suas comunidades locais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os dois principais objetivos da reuni\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica foram os seguintes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>restabelecer a liga\u00e7\u00e3o e explorar a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o recente dos projetos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>criar um plano estrat\u00e9gico com objetivos comuns e poss\u00edveis a\u00e7\u00f5es (locais) para gerar impacto nas suas comunidades, contribuindo assim para mecanismos de participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens de elevada qualidade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sess\u00f5es principais<\/strong>\u00a0da atividade, apoiada por dois facilitadores experientes, incluiu:<br>\u2013 criar um manifesto de grupo para refletir sobre a vis\u00e3o partilhada e a identidade de grupo;<br>\u2013 semin\u00e1rios paralelos sobre o desenvolvimento da pol\u00edtica de juventude e as principais etapas para se candidatar a oportunidades de financiamento da UE;<br>\u2013 elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de um plano estrat\u00e9gico para a reserva de jovens facilitadores da democracia;<br>\u2013 preparar uma carta inspiradora para as partes interessadas que utilizar\u00e3o a plataforma digital do projeto;<br>\u2013 actualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da estrutura e do conte\u00fado do indiv\u00edduo\u00a0<strong><em>\u00abToolbox for Youth Facilitators\u00bb [Caixa de ferramentas para facilitadores de jovens].<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta segunda atividade presencial foi um passo crucial no projeto, permitindo que o grupo de facilitadores continuasse a investir no refor\u00e7o das capacidades, no desenvolvimento dos resultados do projeto e na conce\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es de acompanhamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O projeto CL-YE \u00e9 coordenado pela rede DYPALL em parceria com a Europiamo ETS (It\u00e1lia), a YEPP EUROPE (Alemanha), a Nordland fylkeskommune (Noruega), a EDYN (Eslov\u00e1quia), a Assembleia das Regi\u00f5es da Europa \u2013 AER (Fran\u00e7a) e a SQLearn (Gr\u00e9cia), e \u00e9 cofinanciado pelo Programa Erasmus+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
