\u00c9 com grande prazer que anunciamos que a Rede DYPALL est\u00e1 representada no Grupo de Interessados do Setor da Juventude da UE. Este grupo, coordenado pela Comiss\u00e3o Europeia, visa envolver as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es europeias de juventude, os conselhos nacionais de juventude, os investigadores no dom\u00ednio da juventude, os representantes dos Estados-Membros e outras institui\u00e7\u00f5es da UE na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do legado do Ano Europeu da Juventude 2022<\/a> e o Estrat\u00e9gia da UE para a Juventude 2019-2027<\/a>, e facilitar os interc\u00e2mbios e as consultas aos jovens sobre as pr\u00f3ximas iniciativas pol\u00edticas da UE. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A rede DYPALL foi selecionada como uma das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es a n\u00edvel europeu para se tornar membro das partes interessadas da UE no dom\u00ednio da juventude, juntamente com mais de 90 representantes dos Estados-Membros da UE e dos conselhos nacionais da juventude, por um per\u00edodo de tr\u00eas anos (at\u00e9 novembro de 2027).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta semana, a segunda reuni\u00e3o do Grupo de Interessados do Setor da Juventude da UE realizou-se em linha, em 8 de julho de 2025, centrando-se em atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es sobre as principais iniciativas da Comiss\u00e3o Europeia no dom\u00ednio da juventude, como os di\u00e1logos sobre a pol\u00edtica da juventude, o di\u00e1logo da UE com a juventude, a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o da perspetiva dos jovens pela Comiss\u00e3o e o Conselho Consultivo da Juventude do presidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em seguida, a Comiss\u00e3o consultou os membros do grupo sobre o Plano de A\u00e7\u00e3o para os Direitos Sociais Europeus (pela DG EMPL) e a Estrat\u00e9gia da UE para a Sociedade Civil (pela DG JUST). Por \u00faltimo, os membros partilharam as suas iniciativas e atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es, uma oportunidade que a Rede DYPALL utilizou para anunciar a nossa futura plataforma para modelos de participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens desenvolvidos no \u00e2mbito da Subir a Escada: promover uma cultura de participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens (CL-YE)<\/a> projeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A primeira reuni\u00e3o do Grupo de Interessados do Setor da Juventude da UE teve lugar em 27 e 28 de mar\u00e7o de 2025, em Bruxelas, e foi um espa\u00e7o para os membros se conhecerem e se familiarizarem com as novas iniciativas da Comiss\u00e3o. A equipa da juventude da Comiss\u00e3o Europeia prestou informa\u00e7\u00f5es atualizadas sobre as principais iniciativas em mat\u00e9ria de pol\u00edtica de juventude, incluindo a Di\u00e1logos sobre a pol\u00edtica de juventude com os Comiss\u00e1rios<\/a>, o refor\u00e7o da Di\u00e1logo da UE com a Juventude<\/a>, o \u00abteste da juventude\u00bb da Comiss\u00e3o e o Relat\u00f3rio da UE sobre a Juventude de 2024<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os participantes tomaram conhecimento de iniciativas novas e futuras da Comiss\u00e3o (o Uni\u00e3o de Compet\u00eancias<\/a> e o Plano de A\u00e7\u00e3o para as Compet\u00eancias B\u00e1sicas, a iniciativa Democracia Shied) e foram recordados do Oferta para os jovens<\/a> do Parlamento Europeu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

O membros do grupo<\/a> procedeu ao interc\u00e2mbio de boas pr\u00e1ticas relacionadas com tr\u00eas temas: estruturas de juventude e participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens, coopera\u00e7\u00e3o intersetorial dos jovens e integra\u00e7\u00e3o de instrumentos e compet\u00eancias e aprendizagem n\u00e3o formal nos programas da UE para a juventude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A reuni\u00e3o foi aberta por Pia Ahrenkilde Hansen, diretora-geral da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Juventude, Desporto e Cultura, e encerrada por Glenn Micallef, comiss\u00e1rio respons\u00e1vel pela Equidade Intergeracional, Juventude, Cultura e Desporto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A rede DYPALL compromete-se a assegurar a sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o ativa neste importante espa\u00e7o pol\u00edtico europeu, em conson\u00e2ncia com uma das nossas prioridades, a saber, \u00abinfluenciar o desenvolvimento das pol\u00edticas nacionais e europeias em mat\u00e9ria de juventude\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
