Dentro do \u00abClimbing the Ladder \u2013 Fostering a Culture of Youth Engagement (CL-YE)\u00bb [Climinar a Escada \u2013 Promover uma Cultura de Empenhamento dos Jovens (CL-YE)]<\/em><\/strong> projeto, a rede DYPALL acolheu o primeiro curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o para a reserva de facilitadores da juventude para a democracia. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o decorreu de 7 a 12 de Abril em Portim\u00e3o, Portugal, reunindo 16 jovens l\u00edderes de 11 pa\u00edses diferentes, todos activamente envolvidos no sector da juventude nas suas comunidades locais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O principal objetivo desta forma\u00e7\u00e3o era dotar os jovens com idades compreendidas entre os 18 e os 25 anos dos instrumentos, conhecimentos e compet\u00eancias necess\u00e1rios para apoiar as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o ou no refor\u00e7o dos mecanismos de participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens. Utilizando metodologias de educa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o formal e orientados por formadores experientes, os participantes foram imersos num ambiente de aprendizagem din\u00e2mico, onde podiam partilhar experi\u00eancias, desenvolver compet\u00eancias e construir redes com pares de toda a Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25aa Explorar as aptid\u00f5es e compet\u00eancias de um facilitador da juventude
\u25aa Semin\u00e1rios paralelos sobre o financiamento e a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da UE no setor da juventude
\u25aa Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 publica\u00e7\u00e3o CL-YE \u00abOrienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre modelos e mecanismos de participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>
\u25aa Desenvolvimento do \u00abToolbox for Youth Facilitators\u00bb (caixa de ferramentas para facilitadores de jovens)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta forma\u00e7\u00e3o inicial constitui um passo importante na iniciativa CL-YE. O grupo de facilitadores reunir-se-\u00e1 novamente para uma reuni\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica em It\u00e1lia, organizada em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com Regime de com\u00e9rcio de licen\u00e7as de emiss\u00e3o da Europiamo<\/strong>, prosseguir o refor\u00e7o das capacidades e continuar a desenvolver os resultados do projeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O projeto CL-YE \u00e9 coordenado pela rede DYPALL em parceria com a Europiamo ETS (It\u00e1lia), a YEPP EUROPE (Alemanha), a Nordland fylkeskommune (Noruega), a EDYN (Eslov\u00e1quia), a Assembleia das Regi\u00f5es da Europa \u2013 AER (Fran\u00e7a) e a SQLearn (Gr\u00e9cia), e \u00e9 cofinanciado pelo Programa Erasmus+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
