O grupo consultivo do projeto CL-YE realizou a sua primeira reuni\u00e3o presencial de 3 a 6 de dezembro de 2024, em Bruxelas, na B\u00e9lgica. O Grupo Consultivo para a Participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Jovens \u00e9 um grupo de 12 peritos de diferentes pa\u00edses da Europa com experi\u00eancia concreta em mecanismos, estruturas e modelos de participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens, com a miss\u00e3o de apoiar o cons\u00f3rcio do projeto CL-YE no planeamento, investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos principais resultados do projeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A reuni\u00e3o do grupo consultivo, liderada pela rede DYPALL e organizada pela AER, foi um espa\u00e7o para os peritos debaterem e partilharem pontos comuns e experi\u00eancias \u00e0 medida que mergulhavam em diferentes mecanismos de participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens em toda a Europa. Passaram muito tempo a deliberar sobre os pontos fortes e os \u00abvigil\u00e2ncias\u00bb, os principais indicadores de sucesso e os marcadores de qualidade de diferentes mecanismos \u2014 conselhos de juventude, embaixadores da juventude, grupos consultivos para a juventude, grupos diretores para a juventude e investiga\u00e7\u00e3o liderada pelos jovens, entre outros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O principal objetivo desta reuni\u00e3o foi recolher contributos dos peritos sobre as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es qualitativas, a publica\u00e7\u00e3o a desenvolver no \u00e2mbito do projeto que fornecer\u00e1, pelo menos, oito orienta\u00e7\u00f5es diferentes (planos passo a passo) para diferentes mecanismos de participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens, que se destinam a orientar os profissionais, os decisores pol\u00edticos e outras partes interessadas na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e no estabelecimento desses modelos de participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens, atrav\u00e9s de um processo transparente, inclusivo e participativo, em conson\u00e2ncia com as boas pr\u00e1ticas e recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es no dom\u00ednio da juventude. Os membros do grupo consultivo foram igualmente consultados sobre a plataforma que ser\u00e1 desenvolvida em 2025, a fim de orientar os profissionais e os decisores pol\u00edticos na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de mecanismos para a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O grupo consultivo tamb\u00e9m aderiu a uma parte do programa do CL-YE que estava a decorrer em paralelo, a fim de visitar e aprender mais sobre os \u00f3rg\u00e3os e institui\u00e7\u00f5es de decis\u00e3o europeus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O projecto \u00e9 liderado pela DYPALL Network em parceria com Regime de com\u00e9rcio de licen\u00e7as de emiss\u00e3o da Europiamo<\/a> (It\u00e1lia), YEPP EUROPE<\/a> (Alemanha), Nordland fylkeskommune<\/a> (Noruega), EDYN<\/a> (Eslov\u00e1quia), @Assembleia das Regi\u00f5es da Europa \u2013 ARE<\/a> (Fran\u00e7a), SQLearn<\/a> (Gr\u00e9cia) financiado pelo programa Erasmus+ \u00abJuventude Europeia Unida\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
