ALF Hands-On serve como uma plataforma de constru\u00e7\u00e3o de comunidade para a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o peer-to-peer e aprendizagem do mundo real atrav\u00e9s de seus m\u00f3dulos gratuitos e interativos que ajudam a melhorar as habilidades e a capacidade profissional em gest\u00e3o e diversos campos de di\u00e1logo intercultural. Esta oportunidade de e-learning peer-to-peer foi concebida por e para especialistas de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil para melhorar as capacidades dos profissionais em gest\u00e3o e diversos campos de di\u00e1logo intercultural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Rede DYPALL liderar\u00e1 <strong>M\u00f3dulo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o 19: <em>Participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens a n\u00edvel local \u2013 Conce\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas para a juventude<\/em><\/strong> em <strong>05, 10 e 14 de mar\u00e7o<\/strong> de <strong>9h00-12h00 CET (Hora da Europa Central)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neste m\u00f3dulo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, aprender\u00e1 a explorar o potencial da participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens na defini\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas locais na regi\u00e3o euro-mediterr\u00e2nica. Com foco na colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, estudos de casos reais e ferramentas pr\u00e1ticas, adquirir\u00e1 as compet\u00eancias necess\u00e1rias para garantir que as vozes jovens n\u00e3o s\u00f3 sejam ouvidas, mas tamb\u00e9m influenciem ativamente o futuro das suas comunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pode escolher at\u00e9 dois m\u00f3dulos a partir de uma sele\u00e7\u00e3o diversificada de 24 m\u00f3dulos de forma\u00e7\u00e3o.
